I have been having the same issues just recently. My Fitbit battery keeps draining and then then shuts off and when I plug it into the USB to turn on, the battery is still at 19%. Today I charged it fully and now it won’t stop blinking. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SillyAbbie.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue with your tracker. I appreciate your efforts and recommend doing the following:

  1. Restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  3. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  5. Reboot your phone.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

Hope this helps!
