Inspire black screen

Black screen after charging . Tried reset while on charger. No smiley face , no anything . Vibrates. 
Have had less than a year . 
Very upset

ving the same problem with my new inspire. Had it less than 2 months. Can not get the clock, steps or anything on the screen. Just a battery and light bulb.

It is charged and it does track on the app, but it is still a blank screen on my inspire . So it did not fix the problem . Thank you for responding

Did you get an answer? I’m having the same problem as yours. I already sent an email, tried the suggestion they gave you, bought a new charger to see if that was the problem and nothing! I need help!

I had the same Black screen another community user suggested that we change the screen display on the fitbit phone app.  I did this and it worked so thank you to that member. Sorry I cant find the thread anymore but I recommend this tip.

My Inspire screen when black today. I think it was black when I took it off the charger this morning (I generally slap it on my wrist without even looking at it). I tried to reboot and it only vibrated. The thing is it's still active because it's recording steps per my phone app. What to do? Any suggestions? Thanks.

After I posted my complaint I was contacted by Fitbit and they have
replaced my inspire HR. It was still under warranty. Good luck.

My screen is also black. Starting to research this issue and from all the hits, I can see it is definitely a known problem with the Fitbit inspire.   I haven’t found any solution posted besides replacement. Will the moderator please reach out and let me know how to remedy this? Thanks

Go to your account settings and change the clock face to another option. You can then set it back to what you want but for some reason this works. I have had this work twice for me. Good luck.

Hi. I'm having the same issue.. Was able to reset once and it worked but black screen again after 2 days. Changing clock face also did not work. Is working through the app only.

 

Only given as gift in Nov 2019. Very disappointed!!

Change Time zone to any country. Once display kicks in change it back

I’m also having the Inspire blank screen problem.  Tried the reset suggestion. Also tried change the clock face. Nothing’s working.  It is syncing to the app, however. Help, please!

Hi. Fitbit replaced mine for me.  Contacted customer service and no drama at all to replace.
