I have had an Inspire HR for years and absolutely love it. But it hasn't synched with my phone since 8/12/2022. I've tried all suggestions from the user manual and the Community. I called Support and we ran through EVERYTHING. I did the chat and we tried EVERYTHING. They both told me that the only option is buying a new device! Really? My Fitbit is working fine other than not synching with my phone. I really don't want to buy a new one. Why is this the only option for older devices?? I'm discouraged to the point of buying a non-Fitbit device!!
