Hi, @Kristie1087 , have you tried giving it a restart?
First plug it in to charge using a plug that you know to be working. The plug you use to charge your phone, as long as it will accept a USB cable, is ideal. Make sure the little brass charging points are properly lined up.
Give it a good two hours charge, even if it does not seem to be charging.
Once it has had two hours on the charger, while it is still plugged in and charging, press and hold the button for at least 5 seconds. With luck you should see a smiley face icon and it should be back to normal.
Sometimes you need to repeat this procedure a couple of times or hold the button for considerably longer before the device restarts.

Hi, you could try change your clock-face through the Fitbit app:
Click on your picture -> Inspire -> Clock-face. It then resets and hopefully your screen works again! (afterwards you can change it back to your old clock-face)
