wondering if u could help me. I went and download my app before charging it. And its not working.

Downloading the app before charging your fitbit will not cause any problems.

 

In what way is it not working? Are you having problems with the set up and did it setup ok and now has stopped working?

 

Has the Inspire charged ok? Is it displaying any message?

The charged was ok and its showing up on the screen.
