Inspire constantly scrolling through menu

My Fitbit acts as though it’s on speed! The screen scrolls very fast without me even touching it, and goes off too quickly when I want to tap something. It will also suddenly time me when I’m not doing anything which is really irritating. Does anyone else have these issues?

I just got my inspire HR today and am having the same issue. I have restarted it multiple times and no change. Have you had any luck?
