My inspire is stuck on the clock screen. It will not scroll. I have searched to see how to reset it and tried but it won't reset or restart. I even deleted it from my app, which was a mistake, trying to clear it. I can't tap the screen to do anything. Even plugging it in to charge, it will vibrate, but not change the screen to show it's charging. It only shows the clock.
