Inspire won't sync

So yesterday I did over 20.000 steps but only 6000 show on my iPhone app...this seems too be happening every day now and it’s so frustrating and I can’t seem too sort it or get any help via email to Fitbit. I’ve really enjoyed this watch until recently when it’s started with this. I’ve done the usual Bluetooth off and back on etc but no change. Any help please?

Ok thanks so this isn’t just an issue with my inspire but a technical issue in general? Thanks hoping fb it can be sorted then, I understand everything is harder too sort atm with everyone’s current situation so thanks for getting back to me Janine
