I received my new device yesterday, charged it and it's full; i have set it up with my samsung s6 edge But nothing is displaying on the screen except the fitbit logo with their website address underneath, i have tapped the screen and tried to reset using both on the side but nothing happens. Could my device be faulty or is there a step am missing in setting it up.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the tracker is showing the website (usually the fitbit.com/setup) you will need to set it up again following these instructions. If you can't set it up then please check these suggestions.
