It's in the package being returned as I type. Band will not snap so that it can stay on my wrist. Impossible. Ordered different band. OMG. The pins. Forget it. Bluetooth won't recognize it. Spent hours trying to synch - NOTHING. 

 

I think it's a ploy so that you have to buy a more expensive fitbit. Which I did. I needed one for swimming. I have an Alta HR which I love and have been using for 8 months. Inspire is anything but inspiring

 

PS I did spend a lot of time with Fitbit help and we got it going but it didn't last.
