Inspire hr dead?

My Fitbit inspire hr has been great, had it just over a year now, then all of a sudden on Wednesday it only weld it's full charge for a few hours,now all I get is error code 001 and nothing else. Have tried resetting it but nothing seems to work.

Has anybody got any ideas on how to fix the problem? Tia.

Same here but without the 001. Mine just blacked out completely. It still Vibrates but the clock face is black

After about 3 hours it turned Back on. Let’s see how long it lasts
