Inspire hr screen not working

My screen is blank. The vibration is working but when I tap the screen or press the button nothing lights up.  This has happened a few times but usually resolves itself but this time is lasting a lot longer.

This happened to me after I did the firmware update. Reach out to customer service and they may be able to help. If you are within your one year warranty, they could replace it. I'm outside of my warranty so they won't send me a new one. You can try restarting it and changing clock faces. That was the only advice I was given before they said there's no way to fix it.

I bought a new inspirehr just over a week ago. I could not get it working so I contacted customer care. They decided to send me a replacement---reconditioned apparently. And I am having the same problem.

I tap/push the button and tap/swipe the screen and nothing happens.

Maybe I have not set it up properly!!
