Inspire hr will not sync

hello,  I bought my first fitbit a week ago....I wanted to see how active I am in a week, and after posting what I eat, how healthy I am as well.   I just turned 65 and refuse to acknowledge that I'm a senior citizen.  My biggest problem is my sleeping - not of much of it.  This is a feature that I was really looking forward to using.   My fitbit only snyc for 4 days, so I do not have any information for the past three.   Can anyone help me?   I really like the Inspire HR, but admit that I don't know what I'm doing. I spent about 4 hours this morning, going through every possible "fix" talked about in forums etc. but nothing works!!

I would suggest 3 things. One: Turn off Bluetooth on your phone, turn your phone off and restart your phone and turn Bluetooth back on.  Two: Go on the Fitbit website and see if your daily data is posting to the website. If it's not, then Three: On your smartphone, log out of your Fitbit App and log back in. For some reason, Fitbit device gets "stuck" from time to time for no common reason, so I've resorted to these 3 steps and one of them has worked thus far. I've had the Inspire HR for about 6 weeks.
