I have a new Inspire and everything was fine for 12 days and then the sleep tracker stopped working. I changed the sensitivity to normal as this seemed to work for another user but still nothing. Any ideas?

Thank you so much, and I hope your Inspire keeps working for you now 🙂

Is it just me, or is something really wrong that the features only work properly when the device is 80% + charged?!
My sleep tracker worker for 5 days and then stopped with no reason. It has not restarted I matter what I’ve tried. After my bad luck with the Alta and now this, maybe another brand is the way to go.

Mine didn't track sleep last night (and I already had an Alta HR that went thru this same issue and was not replaced), but I just checked the settings on the Inspire itself and for some reason the sleep setting was Xed out, so I corrected that and will hope that was my issue. An earlier response also suggests a 5 second and/or a 15 second reset, but I don't know what those are at this point. There's a link in the first mention of it back on page 1 of this thread.

@JanetSclar - I've got an Inspire and the way I was instructed to do a 5 second reset was to hold the button on the side in for a slow count of five before I released it and the same for the 15 second one (although you hold the button in for 15 seconds then). When neither of those worked for mine, a FitBit support bod said it might have been a firmware update or something and to just be patient - incredibly frustrating but that's what it was for me... could it be the same for your Inspire too?

@BeeJee_L - check what the charge is up to on your device 'cos mine refuses to log my sleep if it's below 75% so it might be the same with yours and hopefully when it's back to being fully charged it'll automatically start tracking your sleep again?
