Inspire only showing time and steps nothing else. Cant swipe up to get miles,sleep,calories and cant hit button on side to see battery percentage

Would rather not spend the money for a Garmin. I think the reason my inspire is not working is that I do not have the docking plug for my computer and it is not synching. Can I buy a new one of these?

The same is happening to my Inspire 2.  Did you get any answer?  My device is about a year old and has worked OK but now just died and will not restart and will not recharge.

Thank you - might have to change brands.  This is the 2nd Fitbit product that just died on me.

No longer have an inspire, I have a Versa 2
