I have an Inspire HR. I am getting a message "low alignment" What does this mean?

I think that message comes from the 'Relax" app, maybe that your breathing didn't align with how it was prompting you to breath (though I used to get that even when I thought I was doing it exactly right).  Maybe you accidentally got into the Relax app without realizing it.  Maybe go into the Relax App intentionally, but don't follow breathing instructions, and see if get same message.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@JohnnyRow Thank you for your help.

@lucylynn A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.

I agree with the assumption from JohnnyRow . The message "low alignment" normally appears if your breath is not aligned with rhythm that is shown on the Relax app.

Try wearing the Charge 4 a bit looser so that you don't press the button accidentally when moving your wrist.

Hope this helps
