Inspire keeps locking up and flashing water lock

What a useless purchase.  Have to take it off every night because of the water lock keeps flashing and wakes me up.  Have to reset every couple of days as it keeps locking up apart from water lock flashing all the time cannot even get back to time without resetting.  Absolute waste of money

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. I recommend confirming if your device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue. If you're experiencing any difficulties with pairing your tracker, please follow our tips here

To turn on water lock, press and hold the buttons on your tracker > tap Water Lock > firmly tap your screen twice. To turn off water lock, double-tap your screen again. You can find more information about your device in How do I get started with Fitbit Inspire 2?
