I've had this new Fitbit since mother's Day. Literally 1 time a day I have to uninstall the app or the device doesn't register on Fitbit, weight watchers, or my wellness app for my employer.

The band changing system on the inspire HR is awful! The prior Fitbit bands were snap-on snap-off.

Today my Fitbit no longer has a display of any type. It has never counted one step in a flight of steps since I've owned it and I am just really having a hard time today understanding why I still have the inspire HR. It is on my wrist and the screen is black and I just took it off the charger

Try restarting the Inspire several times and see if that gets the face showing again. If it doesnt, please come back here.

I actually find the strap mechanism pretty good, though it is a bit fiddly.

I was able to get into my settings on my Fitbit app to change my notifications and low and behold the screen started working again so that problem has been eliminated.
As far as the band system on the inspire HR it is literally awful! At one point I thought I was going to have to send my watch back to the company because the little part that you move to make your pen retract broke off! My last Fitbit was a charge 2 and my grandmother could have changed the band
