Inspire losing steps

My new inspire seems to have lost steps today - I’ve walked 6660 steps and it’s now showing 2393 steps - anyone else had trouble? It’s a brand new inspire.

I lost all my steps from earlier today. I’m currently at 210, I thought it wasn’t syncing but now I realize they’re just gone. I’ve had my new inspire less than 24 hours. Not happy.

Same things is happening to me! And the exercise time is stuck at 28 minutes even though I kept running, waiting for it to increase
