Inspire not connecting

Extremely frustrating . This is my "replacement" Inspire and after charging still stuck on www.fitbit.com/setup mode. The "smiley face" appears so it is charged. I "tap" the screen and nothing. I have reinstalled the Fitbit app, turned the phone off / on.. multiple times. 

 

Such a shoddy product. I am SO Disappointed as my previous Fit Bit purchase were favorable. It is now one month since I purchased and unable to use. Help!!

I'm sorry to hear that you keep having set up issues with your Inspire replacement. Thanks a lot for trying those steps. I'd recommend wait until you get the information from our team, as I've requested them to create a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from customer support.

 

I'd like to have more details of the steps that you've tried. Did you check the steps suggested here: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?  What mobile device are you using? If so, please let me know.
