Inspire not recognizing aerobic workout

I've had my Fitbit Inspire for 3 months now. Unfortunately, this week it hasn't been recognising my aerobic workouts. I am doing the same workouts as usual. It recognises my walks though.

I have adjusted my auto recognise time to 10 mins (from 15), and restarted the fitbit. Not sure what to do!!

Hi @tessa_hot, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To fix this uncommon situation, I recommend you to restart your Inspire following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
