Inspire not syncing with Galaxy J2 Pure

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I had my Inspire synced with and connected via Bluetooth to my Samsung Galaxy J2 Pure. Until 8/25/20 @10:05 PM. Now it won't pair with my Bluetooth, sync with my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app (per live chat support person's suggestion; then I got kicked out of live chat). Didn't help. Tried live chat twice more, kicked out both times. Help please

@jhenk3938 It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your Inspire not syncing with your phone and sorry to hear that your communication with Support was interrupted. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Still you should have a ticket number so you can keep communicating with them or try the Chat channel at a later time.

Let me know how it goes.
