Inspire not syncing

Hi,hello to all. My question is, as the title says, my fitbit has not registered anything since last sunday. It is charged and so is my phone and laptop etc. (bluetooth on, iv not changed any settings at all )Any ideas?

Let me help you with your Inspire not syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Have you just installed the Firmware update by any chance?

I seem to have to manually sync my Fitbit now 'cos it doesn't seem to want to do it automatically any more, but I hope the thread up there ^^ works for you!

All seems to be working fine now, no idea what happened before but it seems fine now.

I so hope you get it sorted.

Mine was a signal issue, and this made it not possible to sync (i think!),

So now i make sure there are time when both phone and fitbit are both in full signal,so they sync.

Not had any problems since doing this. x
