Hi there!!
Today I've noticed that my Inspire is unable to track my steps, use the silent alarms, etc - though I am able to see the display and am able to move around between the different categories.
I've tried to reset the device (as what the support docs say), though my inspire will never vibrate, or show the smiley face. Is there anything else I can try?
