Inspire not working after swim activity

Specifically researched if I would wear Inspire for swimming and was confirmed yes.

While in water, watch continued to work for about 10minutes and then display turned off and would not turn back on.

Charged the inspire, the display came back on, then went off again. It will no longer turn on. What can I do?

Hi @emj8337, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. Just as mentioned in your post, our Fitbit Inspire is swim-proof up to 50 meters. That said and to better assist you,

can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.

Looking forward to your reply.

The plug into charger and hold for 5 seconds allowed the device to restart and worked for about 10 hours and then turned off again. I have fully charged it and done the rest several times over the last few days, but it continues to turn off randomly in the middle of a day and doesn't turn back on when I try the restart. It takes a few times trying the restart for it actually to turn on.
