Inspire not working

I’ve had a Fitbit inspire for since the end of June. It suddenly stopped working. The screen will not ‘wake’ or turn on. I tried to turn it off/on with the button on the side... it will not work. I looked on my App and my phones Bluetooth says they’re still connected and that my Fitbit still has 30% battery life. But I cannot get the screen to turn on 😕

I'm sure you've already tried this, but press and hold the button for 5 seconds until it vibrates?  I know you said it's still got 30% battery but maybe charge it up anyway, just to be sure?

The same thing is happening to me. Bought mine in July. I charged it overnight....held the button...got the vibrate..but still nothing.
