This morning I went on a 2 hour hike and when I looked at my Fitbit it indicated 8,500 steps.  When I got home and looked at it again, it said I'd only done 3,504 and 2 miles which, is wrong.  I have deleted the Fitbit on the app and did as in the chat rooms to add as a new Fitbit. Turned bluetooth on and off and the same information is on there.  Additionally, when I am weight training and have put in the details of my workout times. Later that day, it is gone and and to re-input.  Can someone please advise.  I have only had this device for 3 months.  I'm pretty tech savvy and did all the trouble shooting as suggested in the chat rooms.  Thanks.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your missing information and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Have you manually logged any activities? Do you have any third party apps linked to your account? These two scenarios could cause that an activity be logged and this will overwrite what your tracker has recorded. You can also restart your tracker by following these instructions.

Let me know how it goes.

Did all as instructed.  Nothing worked!  Kinda fed up and if I can't have something that provides accurate data, I'm not using it.
