This is my third inspire. The first one would not advance past the time. The second one chipped in such a way that the wrist band would not stay attached. The third one which I have just received back this week is also frustrating. If I wear the inspire on my wrist, the screen will not advance past the time when I swipe downward and will only go one screen when I swipe up. However, if I take the device off and just hold it, it will swipe to every screen that is available, up or down. Since I don't want to carry the fitbit which is designed to be worn as a watch, I am not sure what I can do.

@msherrin, welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Inspire not working as it should. I suggest you restart it. If the issue persist then please clear your data but note that you will need to set it up again after this.
Let me know how it goes.

Nothing works - the Inspire is defective - I do not understand why these devices are not put through quality assurance before being sent out.
I have ordered another activity tracker of a different brand and will not buy from Fitbit any longer.
