Inspire screen randomly turns off

When I use the screen wake setting the screen keeps just going on and off randomly. When I go and look at steps or do a stopwatch the screen just turns off.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please restart your tracker by following these instructions. Also turn off the Screen wake option, sync, then turn it on again.
