Why does my fitbit inspire seems like it is recording excessive steps based on where I am walking.

I take 10 steps and it records 25 steps.

Thanks Wendy,

Yes I did set my stride length and I restarted my fitbit.

So far this afternoon it seems to be working correctly.

I'll give it a full day tomorrow to see if looks like it is calculating steps correctly.

As of this afternoon the steps and miles on my fitbit match the steps and miles on my I phone app.
