Inspire steps and sleep tracking issues

My espire fitbit is not working well at all sleep does not load and to do it manually  gives the wrong hours of sleep. The sleep mode on the fitbit is not showing like all the other icons.

The daily walking icon does not record anything at all.

Purchaased on the 25 /3  /2021 and paid the extra warranty

I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep data. After this, monitor your Fitbit device and see if it tracks your sleep and steps properly.

Thank you for your reply will give it a try cheersSent from Samsung tablet.

 

Restart did not work still same  followed the info got smile face no buzz  tried it a few times but no change
