Inspire steps won’t sync to challenge

I will get 5k steps but it won’t register 2k of them. I called support but nothing. They said it’s a new problem but 51 days ago it was doing the same thing. I asked if I could go to the dashboard and add the steps but I can’t. I deleted the app and re-downloaded and that didn’t work. Any solutions?

Let me help you with your Inspire not syncing with your challenges. Make sure you don't have any manually logged activities as these won't count toward challenges. Also see if you are in the same timezone as the creator of the challenge. You can read more about challenges here.
