Inspire strap for Ace 2

My daughter had an ace 2 for Christmas but hates the strap

so tried some replacements off amazon but no good both ace 2 & inspire 

so have now purchased inspire 2 strap direct from Fitbit Thinking that would fit Best but it’s the little fiddly clips as soon as I attach to watch she puts watch on the straps come off?

Let me help you with your Ace 2 bands. Only the Fitbit Alta bands are compatible with the Ace 2 so you will need to get these bands in order to use it. If you wish to return the bands you can follow the instructions here.

Because everyone else says inspire straps
