I got a new iPhone Xr on Friday. I couldn't get my alta to sync so I got an Inspire because I read somewhere that the Inspire would sync with iPhone Xr. Now I can't get either to sync. Any ideas?

Let me help you with your Inspire not syncing with your phone. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
