Inspire synching up to yesterday, when at the end of the day it transferred that the battery was fully charged since the previous day but said I had not taken a single step. Same today and after reading this forum I reset. It is now synching steps again but any data from yesterday seems to have been wiped as yesterday is still a day without steps. Can I retrieve?

Let me help you with your missing steps. It is odd that your tracker synced and it didn't transfer the previous day data. If this doesn't show on your account then you can manually log a walking activity to have a record on it.

Thank you. I have added some walking to the empty day as a work around. When I found on the forum that reset was the way to go I also lost any steps that morning before the reset. Not really a problem but odd.
