I chatted to support today and that was no use. They asked if I had gps on and did I have my phone on me. Yes I did yesterday and today and walked for well over 40 minutes. I have to try again and as in have already done exercise today it will have to be tomorrow.
I find the support chat useless as they disconnect before you finish
Best AnswerI have been having problems for over 2 months now with it not tracking my exercise or my sleep, all I ever get is they are working on fixing the bugs and there have been maybe 2 updates on the app and still no fix. 😞
