The touch screen on my inspire hr isn't working and I can't tap or scroll anymore. It is also slow to sync with the app. I have tried changing the clock face and have restarted it a number of times.

Hello, I’m having the same issue as this user. My Fitbit inspire HR touch screen is not working at all, despite several restarts and charging sessions. Please let me know what can be done to fix this.
