Inspire will not pair to any of my device

I've been trying all day to set a new Inspire up. Won't finish on Win 10. Won't finish on LG Android. Won't pair through the bluetooth controls, but will find it with bluetooth. Finds the device and provides the code, then it can't connect. Just refuses to work. This is my 3rd fit bit and I've had syncing issues with the other 2 in the past, but I could at least set it up. Several of the "solutions" on this page are just "keep trying". That just points to a bad product. I work for a fortune 100 (top 3) insurance company, Fitbit is offered as a tracker in our wellness programs. Judging by the results of my help searches, I'll be calling HR in the morning to complain and move to a new vendor. I spent hard earned wellness credits on this for nothing!  I recommend anyone with one of these, take it back. I'll be looking for a refund of points. So frustrated right now.

I will try wearing it for a day or two. Like some other users. Perhaps, just maybe, the fitbit needs to acquire and track some before it becomes visible to the phone and says, "Hey look at me! I've got something for you!"

 

That's all I can think of at this point.

Call support.  I did and they solved the problem very quickly.

I have the same problem. My Fitbit inspire is not linking to my one plus mobile.i tried so many times ,but couldn't manage to connect my mobile

I had the same problem and after trying a number of times I went to bluetooth and said forget device. Went back to Fitbit software to set up device. It displayed a 4 digit number on the watch face. Enter it into the Fitbit software and bingo. 🙂

I have troubleshooter all above suggestions...(uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned bluetooth off and on again, shut Android down and restarted).

I have been using my Fitbit Inspire for some time and all of a sudden it won't pair.

I am having the same problem. This is one of the most annoying product I've purchased in years. Is there anyone at Fitbit listening? Does anyone care?

And me!  Inspire HR worked for two weeks now pairing doesn't work.  I forget the device and reinstall several times a day but it won't work for long. This is the most awful piece of equipment I've ever bought, it's not fit for purpose.

I am also having a problem trying to pair with bluetooth, my phone just cannot find it. It did when i first set it up but since then it hasn't paired.

I am having the same trouble. I have not had a Fitbit in a few years and decided to get one again. I cannot sync it. It finds my Inspire, sends the code and won't connect. Please help! This is not a good start for a new device.

I am having the same issue. I've entered the 4 digit code a million times and as soon as I input it, it tells me there's no bluetooth connection. THIS IS BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX. I've had to walk away, it's pissing me off.

I called customer service and they said something about the server being
down right now and the check back in about an hour. Hopefully things will
be working soon. It was really disappointing not to be able to use it when
it arrived.

I have had it happen a few times over the years. After sessions will tech support including unpairing and repairing etc the thing that’s worked was restarting my phone. Now it’s the first thing I try.

Thanks for your advice! I actually did get speak with tech support tonight and they said that the server was down. Within about an hour and a half then you started working again and I was able to did it synced and set up.

I’ve been trying to get this sorted for 6 weeks. They take up to a week to respond to each mail, tell me to do the same thing, ask for the same info again, the support is utterly useless, as is the device. A complete waste of money.

I'm having the exact same problem. My Inspire will not pair with my LG. It will find it on bluetooth but fail to pair everytime. I've followed all of tbe website suggestions. Is this just a faulty device?

I have the same problem as many others.  I purchased the Fitbit Inspire a couple of weeks ago and am still trying to get it to connect to Bluetooth.  I have a BT connection to my car phone so that works fine, but the Fitbit app keeps saying the BT is not working,  I turned off and on as instructed and nothing. I did have a previous account several years ago which I deleted, but still is showing up on the app.   My phone is an iPhone 7.  Please help or tell me where to return - I purchased online from FitBit.  Thanks.

Sorry to hear that. Mine was ordered by my husband and it never worked. I
have had it so long that it can't be returned even if I could. 😞
