Inspire will not sync with app.

My mom and I both got inspire around a year ago. Both have stop tracking sleep. Will not sync to our phone apps. My Bluetooth I know works just fine as I can repair it however it still will not track sleep or sync once paired. I have reset and reinstalled this app. I just am at a loss! ☹️

Jim, are you serious, 4 months! When you contacted Fitbit support what did they say was the issue? Thank you

  1. I've been trying to fix this issue for more than a month with no luck. I've tried everything suggested here and when I emailed support. I'm beyond frustrated with Fitbit at this point.

This was the only solution they could come up with. I was on with them by
phone for 30 minutes 3 different times and one time online chat for about
45-- my previous experience with my flex and flex 2 were way better. I
even tried the dongle though it seemed to do nothing with the inspire.
Pain in teh rear, but I do get it to sync. My bigger frustration now is
that between 8500 or so miles and 12,400 there are no mileposts, and
nothing after 12,400, and so though my goal is to walk around the world at
about 24000 miles I will have to keep track annually for the next 5 years
till I get there. They should really have more badges after 9000 miles,
even if it invvolves starting in Maine and walking the circumference of the
US including Alaska and allowing you to track progress on a map. I
suggested but no response.
