I have had my Inspire since last August and never had a problem with it until last night. I connected it to the charger which was plugged into a port on my clock radio I've uses often for charging overnight) and discovered my Inspire failed to charge. I then plugged the charger into my computer this morning, and it still isn't charging. I made sure all connections were clean and still no luck. What can I do?

Let me help you with your Inspire not charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You didn't mention how you cleaned the contacts so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your tracker charge.
