I just got my Fitbit Inspire in the mail and was so excited to set it up, however I cannot to get it to sync to my phone no matter what I do! I have the fitbit and my phone both plugged in. I have tried quitting the app, restarting my phone, and re-connecting to bluetooth. My fitbit is on but won't connect. Help!

Exactly the same happened to me, bought an Inspire not an Inspire HR and spent 3 days trying to set it up.  Now you have told me to select Inspire HR it's worked!!  Thank goodness for this forum because the Fitbit start up website was no help at all.  Thank you!!

 Both my inspire and iPhone are attached to wifi and my blue tooth is on but my inspire won't track my sleep at night and the calories and the calories won't sync to my phone. my inspire won't keep track of all the water that I have been drinking. Why won't the information from my inspire to my phone.  It destroys any mortivation to stay healthy.

My Inspire HR stopped synching to my iPhone two weeks ago. I tried all of the prescribed fixes. None worked. I finally deleted the Inspire HR and the app, redone loaded the app and tried to pair the Inspire HR. After the code is entered, it just gets stuck trying to connect until an error message appears and you must abort the process. I don’t want to have to buy a new Fitbit. Any other options?
