Hi
I have had my inspire for just under a month and yesterday it suddenly stopped counting my steps. I have tried to restart it but it is not showing me the 'smiley face' that I am supposed to see. Does anyone have any advice please?

@Chan9984 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not counting your steps and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Is your tracker syncing with your account? Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device again and see how it behaves.
