I've had myfitbit since June of 2019. In this span of time it has done the screen shut off twice, frequently desync-ing from my phone, and even staying on completely through the night. Recently, it has been completely unresponsive. It gave me the fitbit symbol and an 001. After reading someone having a similar issue and simply resetting their device, I attempted this. I connected it to the charger and held the button till I saw a smiley face. Since then, nothing has came back on and any time I have touched it, it may send a smile back at me. Whenever I have connected it to the charger, I have heard a small electric whining sound coming from the fitbit. Very annoyed that I keep having issues with the watch.
