Inspire won’t display

My inspire won’t display anything or respond except for a short vibration when I press the button. I sync to a iPhone 7 and the device still appears to by synced, it will display % charged on my iPhone. I’ve tried charging the device for 24 hrs and I’ve tried holding the button down for up to a minute but nothing happens except the short vibration. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Let me help you with your Inspire screen not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I would like you to retry the button procedure. I guess you were trying to restart it so please follow the official instructions here. After this since the tracker is still syncing try changing the clock face.

My Inspire HR is less than 3 months old and it did this same thing. I followed the restarting instructions. It took 3 times in a row restarting the device to get it to behave properly. The last time it synced with my iPhone 7 and started waking when I turn my wrist as it is set to do. I hope this helps someone else. I was just sick about my Fitbit not working. It seems to be back to normal!

I don’t know. Mine has stopped working again. It’s not even 3 months old. So disappointed! I’m contacting customer support tomorrow.

I have followed the restart procedure again this morning. I got the tracker to come on, while connected to the charger, long enough to change the clock face. It hasn't solved my problem. The battery is at 100% and now it will not sync. The tracker will not stay powered on. All of this trouble began when I updated to the latest software. 3.15.1 on 2/27/20. Before that it was working perfectly.

I changed the clock face and it started working again

Had to contact customer support for mine. Warranty replacement. :-(. 5-7 days delivery. Glad you got your going!!
