Inspire won't sync

Hi my inspire won't sync, won't registar sleep and alarm has stopped working.

@NH42 I hope you are doing fine.

I suggest you try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

This should help syncing and once it syncs we should see if the sleep shows there. The restart should help with the alarms.

@NH42 hopefully this will get your tracker syncing again. Remember that your tracker will save detailed data for a week (7 days) and the daily totals for 23 additional days.

Hi. Thanks again for your help. It turns out the fitbit app is no longer compatible with my phone or tablet, so I installed the app on a newer tablet and I'm good to go again. Though I think my fitbit will think I'm lazy. I work 12 hour shifts in a care home, I got the inspire as it seemed to be the only one at the time I could use as I clip on and wear under my uniform. But since covid came i don't wear it to work so the miles i walk get missed. Thanks again for your help.
