Inspire won't track steps correctly

My ibsoire is not tracking all of my steps by the end of the day  11:59 pm. I have to also go to the app everyday to get it synced. Can someone helo me? I have not have it more than 3 weeks

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with the steps accuracy situation, can you please elaborate? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Which phone are you using to sync your Inspire? Only steps are being affected? The amount of steps differs from the tracker and the Fitbit app or just after you sync?
