Hi all...
Wondering can anyone help. Have an inspire. Last September decided to change the clock face. It wouldn't change and since then I've been left with an error message on the screen saying clock error please go to the fitbit app and try another clock...only the app won't allow me to do anything with the inspire.
I've spoke to support numerous times...I've tried all the trouble shooting...I've tried to install on both android and ios and after all this the agent tells me that there is a firmware problem with both ios and android and they are really sorry and hope to have it fixed soon. That would be fine except this is the exact same thing I was told 6 months ago!!! Surely this problem should be resolved by now???
The device will charge up and will count steps. But the time is wrong on it and it has an error message on the screen. It won't sync and when you go into the profile it says there's an update available but when I select the device the app crashes.
Does anyone else have this problem? Or can anyone help! 6 months is a long time with no resolution.

My Inspire HR will not stay synced. After much searching and trying things sometimes it wil synd for a few days and then it stops. I finally gave up and just use it for steps and nothing more. Too bad because the ONE did this and cost so much less and lasted for a very long time. I will not buy another step counter that is supposed to do multiple things again. G. Laine
