I just got my Fitbit Inspire in the mail and was so excited to set it up, however it won't start! Its charging like it should, a little buzz and then I can se the image of a battery charging but that's it.

I'm trying tu push the button on the side, trying to hold it for 2 sec, 5 sec, 10 sec but nothing.

 

All it's showing is the fitbit-logo and www.fitbit.com/setup

 

What am I doing wrong? Or should I return it and ask to get a new one?

Sounds like you are trying to reset it, rather than set it up.  Here is a link to the general set up article. 

 

When you get up to set up a device in the fitbit app on your phone does the phone just not find anything?

Yes, that's correct. My phone (I have a Iphone 6) doesn't find the fitbit and the fitbit-app asks me to start the fotbit-device....which I can't so it's a catch 22.

 

However, now I have another problem. The fitbit is showing that it's charging although it's not connected to the charger. So I'm not sure  what's happening to my fitbit to be honest...
