First it was stuck on the time. Tried to scroll through options (steps, calories, etc.) with no change.
Did a restart multiple times, briefly got the smiley face, then nothing.
Tried changing the clock face, nothing.
Still tracking in the app.
I am a long time FitBit user, this one is only ~6 months old. Very disappointed and hoping for a solution (after trying all suggestions from posts).

You're lucky you got 6 months out of it. My new Inspire 3 is only a day old and I had the same issue.

I just received my Inspire 3, charged it up and synced it. ..all was going well, then put it on my wrist and the screen went blank. I've tried everything you have and still nothing.

I contacted customer service and after reviewing everything I’d done, sent me a form to either replace or get 50% off a new tracker.
New tracker on the way.
