My fitbit Inspire HR stopped tracking my exercises after this June 23 update. Jul 21 update didn't help. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. I also rebooted and restarted the phone after each install and I have authorized all permissions as they came up. But the app will only track as long as my Samsung A21 5G lock screen doesn't time out and go into sleep mode. As soon as I unlock the phone to the open app, the app will start tracking again. Thanks for any solutions

I'd like you to try something for me if you can. Hear me out: is there another phone, tablet, or computer you could tie your account and device to? I'd like you to try the same exact exercise (or type of exercise) you do on another device. That way, we can pinpoint if the problem is with the Inspire HR or the phone.
